Organizer Terms

Last Updated: 11 October, 2026

These Organizer Terms are an agreement between FUNRADAR LIMITED LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States ("Funradar," "we," "our," or "us"), and any business or person that lists events or sells bookings on Funradar ("Organizer," "you"). They apply in addition to our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If these Organizer Terms and the Terms of Use conflict, these Organizer Terms apply. By creating an organizer account, you accept these Terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.

Your Organizer Account

  • The person who creates the organizer account (the owner) must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business.
  • The business details you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.
  • We review every new organizer account and may approve or reject it at our discretion. You cannot sell bookings until your account is approved.
  • You can invite team members and choose what each one can do. You are responsible for everything your team members do on your account.

Identity Verification

We may ask the account owner to verify their identity with a NIN, BVN, international passport or driver's licence, and may require this before paying out funds. You allow us to check these details with official registries and identity verification providers. We may suspend payouts or the account if verification fails or is not completed.

Your Events

  • You are responsible for your events: that they are described accurately, are lawful, have the permits and licences they need, are safe, stay within venue capacity, and enforce any age or entry rules.
  • You must honour every confirmed booking.
  • You must have the right to use everything you upload, including images, names and logos, and you allow us to display it to promote and sell your events.
  • Once your account is approved, your events go live when you publish them. We may review, reject, deactivate or remove an event at any time, for example if it breaks these Terms, is misleading, or receives serious complaints. If we reject an event, its bookings are cancelled and refunded.
  • Private events are hidden from search and listings, but anyone with the link can view and book them.

Sales and Fees

  • Funradar collects payments from buyers for you.
  • Buyers pay a Funradar service fee and a payment processing fee on top of the price you set. You receive the full ticket or table price, less the Organizer fees below.
  • Organizer fees include a settlement fee on automatic payouts, a withdrawal fee on manual withdrawals, and bank transfer charges and stamp duty on every payout. Current rates are shown in your dashboard or agreed with you in writing.
  • We may change our fees. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any increase.
  • You are responsible for your own taxes on your sales, including VAT where it applies.

Payouts

  • Money from your sales is recorded in your Funradar organizer wallet.
  • Sales become available for payout two days after the event date they are for has ended.
  • Available funds are paid automatically to your verified bank account on our regular payout schedule. You can also request a manual withdrawal, which needs a one-time code sent to the account owner and our approval.
  • Your payout bank account must be in the name of your business or the account owner.
  • We may hold payouts, for your whole account or for a single event, while we look into suspected fraud, complaints, refunds, disputes or identity checks, or where the law requires it. We will tell you when we do.

Refunds and Cancellations

  • You can refund or cancel bookings from your dashboard until the money for them has been paid out to you.
  • If you cancel an event, every booking for a date that has not yet taken place is refunded automatically.
  • Funradar may refund buyers directly, for example if an event did not take place or was materially different from its description.
  • When a booking is refunded, the ticket or table price is deducted from your wallet. Funradar covers the refund of its own service fee.
  • If a refund is made after the money was paid out to you, your wallet balance may become negative. We will recover the amount from your future sales, and you agree to repay any amount still owed when we ask.
  • Make sure buyers know your refund rules, for example in your event description. Your rules cannot override the automatic refunds in our Refund Policy.

Chargebacks

If a buyer disputes a payment for one of your bookings with their bank and the payment is reversed, you are responsible for the reversed amount and any related charges. We will deduct it from your wallet or future sales, and you agree to repay any amount still owed when we ask. We may ask you for evidence, such as check-in records, to help contest a dispute.

Attendee Information

You receive attendees' names, email addresses and phone numbers so that you can run your event. You may use this information only for the event they booked and for communications about it that the law allows. You must keep it secure, including any exports you download, and must not sell or share it. You are responsible for complying with the Nigeria Data Protection Act for the information you receive.

Check-In

You are responsible for checking guests in at your event. Anyone who has your check-in link can check guests in, so share it only with your door staff and keep it private.

Suspension and Closing Your Account

We may suspend or deactivate your organizer account if you break these Terms, if we reasonably suspect fraud, or if the law requires it. When an account is deactivated, its events are removed from Funradar. You remain responsible for honouring or refunding bookings that were already made. To close your account, contact us. We will pay out any remaining balance once all refunds, disputes and holds have been settled.

Liability and Indemnity

You are responsible for your events and for everything that happens at them. You agree to cover the losses, costs and claims Funradar incurs because of your events, your content, your use of attendee information, or your breach of these Terms or the law. The Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability and Governing Law and Disputes sections of our Terms of Use also apply to these Organizer Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will tell you about significant changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using Funradar after that, you accept the updated Terms.
